NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) hereby gives notice of the Government s intent to sole source a purchase order for a one time purchase with Medical Packaging Inc., for two (2) Auto-Print Oral Solid Unit Does Packagers for the Castle Point Campus, 41 Castle Point Road Wappingers Falls, NY 12590. The Castle Point Campus pharmacy is in need of new Auto-Print UD oral solid medication packagers for inpatient use. The old ones are past their life expectancy. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only one that can provide Castle Point with the equipment that is needed. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees and the Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 6515 (Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment and Supplies).
