FY23 DAF Mentor Protege OPEN CALL Announcement

The United States Air Force invites firms to respond to the the attached Open Call Announcement for Mentor Protege Tentative Agreement Packages.  This is a two-step process.  Step 1: This Open Call will be open from now until August 1, 2023, to receive responses, and will open again in October of 2023.  Responses can be received at any time from now until August 1, 2023.  These package submissions are for the Fiscal Year 23 Department of the Air Force Mentor Protege Program (MPP), Secretary of the Air Force, Office of Small Business Programs.   Please see the attached full announcement and its 4 attachments.  This is NOT a formal solicitation.  In Step 2, offerors whose tentative packages are approved by the Director, Small Business Programs (Department of the Air Force) will be asked by the contracts office (AFDW/PK) to submit the completed Mentor Protege Agreement (MPA), Technical Proposal and a Cost Proposal.  Please see attached for details.
