Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS), is looking to contract with a vendor to acquire mid-season (March-April) satellite imagery-based planted area monitoring and quantification reports, and landcover classification (crop identification) maps of small grains (wheat and barley) over select countries in the Middle East and North Africa. The countries of interest listed in order of priority are Syria, Iran, Iraq, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Yemen.
