No contract will be awarded from this announcement, and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice. This notice is a market research tool used to obtain information only and to identify contractors who possess the capabilities to provide services as specified below. The MO Army National Guard (MOARNG) Purchasing and Contracting Office is performing this market research to aid in the development of its acquisition approach.

Sources Sought Posting – W912NS23Q8521 – UXValidator Refurbish

This is a request for information and Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. The Missouri Aviation Classification Repair Activity Depot (MO AVCRAD) located in Springfield, MO requires refurbish and update services for an ULTRAX AEROSPACE Series II UxValidator. The MO AVCRAD is seeking to identify companies that possess the capacity, experience, and interest in competing for this requirement. The Contracting Office for United States Property & Fiscal Officer (USPFO) for Missouri is seeking information regarding capability and availability of commercial sources to provide these services in accordance with the attached A2 Draft Statement of Work… which includes the approximate specifications for services required.

The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334515 - Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 4920 - Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Shop Specialized Equipment.

SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: As permitted by FAR Part 10, interested parties are invited to respond to this “sources sought” by submitting a brief capabilities statement package demonstrating ability to perform the services listed in the Draft Statement of Work. The due date/time for responses to this “sources sought” notice is no later than 6 September 2023 at 3:00 P.M./1500 Central Daylight Time via email to douglas.m.young4.civ@army.mil and craig.l.lueckenotto.civ@army.mil.
