Description
Construction Contract for Project No. PRQE 212481, Add Offices to Bldg. 65 for FSS,MSG & Wing HQ, McConnell AFB, KS 67221. Work will be in accordance w ith the contract, plans, and technical specifications.
This action is being solicited on a 100% Small Business Set Aside basis.
The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the size standard for small business is $39.5M average annual revenue for the past three years.
Project magnitude is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
Persons intending on submitting a BID should attend the Site Visit. Failure to submit a bid on all items shall result in rejection of the bid.

Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price.
