A new Product Requirements Document (PRD) (Attachment 0002) and and Total Evaluated Price Worskeet (TEP) (Attachment 0006) will be sent to all vendors whom have already received the CUI document by 13 December 2023.

Update:*****NOTE: 20 November 2023- type of contract previously indicated small business set aside, but this RFP is being competed as a full and open competition and being awarded using best value tradeoff procedures, utilizing source selection procedures in accordance with FAR Part 15. ****** 

1. Description of Item(s) Being Procured: The United States Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005 on behalf of US Army Project Manager (PM) Intelligence Systems & Analytics (IS&A), intend to solicit (W56KGY24R0002) and award a new single award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quality (ID/IQ) type contract with an ordering period of five (5) years with an estimated dollar value of $24M. This procurement will be competed as a full and open competition and will be awarded using best value tradeoff procedures, utilizing source selection procedures in accordance with FAR Part 15.  To receive CUI documents, you must be registered in SAM.gov under NAICS code 513210.

2. Program Objective/Needs: The program objectives and needs for this effort are outlined within the Statement of Work (SOW) (Attachment 0001), and the  Performance Requirements document (PRD) (Attachment 0002)

3. Delivery Schedule: This single award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract will have a one (1) year base period and four (4) option periods. Delivery, schedule, and performance requirements will be reflected in each delivery order issued under the proposed contract, based upon the identified program needs during the contract period of performance (POP). The orders may have option periods. 

4. Type of Contract: The Government intends to award a single award IDIQ contract with orders issued on a firm-fixed price (FFP) basis. This acquisition will be issued as a full and open competition and will be awarded using best value tradeoff procedures, utilizing source selection procedures in accordance with FAR Part 15.The NAICS code is 513210 with a size standard of $47,000,000.00.

5. The solicitation attachments listed below are available to interested parties registered in SAM.gov under NAICS code 513210 by request via email to ACC-APG. For access to these documents, please send an email with your company's CAGE code to Ms. Nadia Townsend, nadia.townsend2.civ@army.mill and Ms. Vaishali, vaishali.r.tulsulkar.civ@army.mil, and ACC will create a DOD Safe Drop Off to be sent within 48 business hours of the request.
