Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. Please view attached solicitation for complete details of requirement.
N0010424QK067 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05.
This requirement is unrestricted under NAICS code 333924, size standard 900.
This requirement is being conducted using EAF procedures.

0004 6K, 48 inch Manual Pallet Jack 60 EA Up to 100 percent option
Requirement is for the procurement of 60 EA 6K, 48 inch Manual Pallet Jacks and an up to 100 percent option for 60 EA.
Vendor will be required to perform FAT testing.
Units are to be delivered 600 DADC. FOB destination.
Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies.
52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies and price will be overall determining factor for award.
52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies and contractor shall provide a completed copy of the provision.
52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies.
52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies.
DPAS rating DO-A3 applies.
