Description

The Hill Air Force Base (AFB) Operational Contracting Office plans to procure A-E Services in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 36. Both NAICS codes 541310 and 541330 are to be considered. This requirement may include A-E Design Phase (fka Title I), A-E Inspection/QA Phase (fka Title II), and Other A-E Services. Some examples of the type of A-E services that may be required include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Alteration and repair of grounds, roads, airfields, buildings and structures;
  • Alteration and repair of utilities;
  • Alteration and repair of various types of mechanical systems, to include HVAC and associated controls, fire protection, steam plants, steam distribution and piping, waste treatment, and other systems;
  • Alteration and repair of various types of lighting and power distribution systems;
  • Feasibility, traffic and other studies;
  • Conceptual renderings;
  • Topographical and geodetic surveys;
  • Inspection of construction;
  • Constructability reviews for Design Build projects. 

These A-E services requirements will support Hill AFB, Little Mountain Test Annex, Utah Test and Training Range, and other locations within the jurisdiction of Hill AFB.
