Ammendment 1: Updated Small Business Set-aside

AFRC – Flight Simulation Electronic Security System Installation

A.  The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision to accomplish the following statement of work.  All work shall be done in accordance with all local building codes, national electric codes and the requirements contained in the following statement of work and any attached drawings. Contractor to perform site visit prior to submittal of cost proposal. In addition, the contractor is directly responsible for complying with federal and state OSHA standards for all its employees.

B.  The Flight Simulator building is a controlled area under the protection of the Air Force Security Police.  The Contractor shall comply with all security regulations imposed by this activity.  The Contractor, subcontractors, and all their employees shall have access only to those areas required for execution of this work.  Contractor shall provide a list of employees scheduled to work on this project.  The list shall include any subcontractor’s necessary to complete this project and submitted to the Contracting Officer for review and approval to access the Flight Simulator building for the contract work.  All contractors and their subcontractors are to be U.S. Citizens to gain access to the Air Force Reserve Command facilities and be capable of receiving badging to access Patrick Space Force Base.
