Description
Joint Base Anacostia Bolling is in need of a new Wash Rack. Due to poor upkeep, the current wash rack is no longer reliable. All Government vehicles assigned to JBAB will utilize the new wash rack including assets assigned to the White House Communication Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, Air Force Band, Air Force Honor Guard and 68 mission partners. The wash rack is used to maintain vehicles that vary in size from sedans up to coach buses and tractors. The scope of this requirement includes services to dismantle and remove the old wash rack, build a new turn-key wash rack in its place and provide maintenance services for a one year period with four option years, as outlined in the PWS.
