Description

The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392, intends to award a commercial firm-fixed-price, 100% Small Business set-aside contract for the procurement of academic marketing material in support of The United States Naval Academy (USNA). This action will be solicited as a 100% Small Business set-aside under FAR Part 12 “Acquisition of Commercial Items,” using Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.  

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13.106, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued.
