Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District is issuing a request for proposal for the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communication (NC3) Acquisition Management Facility MILCON project at Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts. The procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS code for the work described below is 236220. The project is planned to be issued in October 2021 and will be best value. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. Any responsible source meeting this standard may submit a proposal to be considered by the New England District.
This project has the following major components:
- The purpose of this project is to design and construct a new secure Acquisition Management Facility at Hanscom AFB for use by Air Force personnel associated with the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center programs. The site of the new Acquisition Management Facility is located within the footprint of an existing warehouse used by the Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS). As such, construction of the new Acquisition Management Facility will first require construction of a new Warehouse Supply and Equipment Facility for use by the LRS and demolition of the existing warehouse.
Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the System for Award Management website (sam.gov).
