Description

This procurement will result in one Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity Architect-Engineer (A-E) Multi-Discipline Engineering Services contract as required for construction, repair, replacement, demolition, alteration, improvements, and Maintenance Execution Projects (MEP). Work under the contract is anticipated to occur primarily at Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic, Marine Corps Area of Responsibility (AOR) including Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, MCAS New River, and Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune in North Carolina, and MCAS Beaufort and Marine Recruit Depot (MCRD) Parris Island, South Carolina. However, work may be ordered throughout the NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic AOR and NAVFAC worldwide (rare occasion). These services will be procured in accordance with 40 U.S.C. Chapter 11, Selection of Architects and Engineers, as implemented by FAR Subpart 36.6. The IDIQ contract will be for a five-year term. The total fee for the contract term shall not exceed $60,000,000. The guaranteed minimum for the contract term is $5,000. Firm-fixed price task orders will be negotiated for this contract. There will be no dollar limit per task order and no dollar limit per year.
