Description
The Naval Warfare Center Corona Division (Corona Division) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research and to inform industry that the Government intends to purchase a 60’ Dive Support Boat. Notwithstanding, Corona Division is seeking information from potential, responsible Small Business sources that have the interest and capability to provide a 60’ Dive Support Boat in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) and Attachments.
This notice is published for informational purposes only. It is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all responsible sources may submit their Capability Statement, which if received by 04 February 2025, shall be considered by Corona Division. The Capability Statement shall also include the following information:
1. Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and UEI number.
2. Business size for NAICS code 336612.
3. Estimated unit price and lead time for market research purposes.
4. Industry commentary on the Draft Purchase Description.
5. Small Business Administration (SBA) certification.
Vendors wishing to access the controlled attachments must have a valid registration with the Defense Logistics Agency's (DLA) Joint Certification Program (JCP). Those without a valid JCP registration will be denied access to the controlled attachments.
The information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business, socio-economic set-aside, competitive or non-competitive method is possible, and to determine the availability of qualified companies capable of meeting the Government’s requirement. All organizations with the capability and availability to perform the requirement under the applicable NAICS are invited to submit a response to this notice.
Responses must be submitted in writing to the procurement specialist, Robert Soto, via email at robert.soto76.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 9:00am PST on 04 February 2025. Email should reference Sources Sought Notice N6426725Q5016 in the subject line.
