Item: Electronic key management system MFR: KeyTrak, KEYper MX, or similar with the following essential characteristics

Minimum essential characteristics:

Size: approximately 6’w x 3’d x 5’h
Must be compatible with 120v outlet
Self-standing unit (must have pedestal attachment or other equipment to make the unit accessible to standard counter height 3-4’)
10 Locking, computerized steel drawer/cabinet with 240 individual locked/programmable access key compartments
Webcam must capture all activity within the unit; must store minimum of 30 days of video footage
Keyboard/mouse system or touchscreen
Must include rackmount w/alarm card capability
Must allow the possibility of multiple access methods (i.e., key cards, biometric, pin, etc)
Ability to manually access in the event of a power outage
Must remain secure during power interruption
Must not require connection to a network for operation
Contractor shall provide installation and onsite training for up to 3 persons
Must include 1 year of software support - 24/day, 365/yr phone support must be able to produce printable automatic/on-demand reporting showing key chain of custody
- Software must be able to log key removals and returns
- Software must be able to program access permissions to various users for multiple individual key compartments
