Description

Amendment #2: This SAM.gov amendment announces that SMD continues to post corrections, clarifications, and documents on the NASA Solicitation and Proposal Integrated Review and Evaluation System (NSPIRES).  Please visit NSPIRES to retrieve the full, newly revised text dated May 6, 2024. A new, ninth (9th) document, located within the “Other Documents” section on NSPIRES, provides “Mars Sample Return Element Specifications.”  A Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document is updated.  This amendment also adds a third (3rd) PDF file labeled “RASMSR24_3rdEmail.”  The offers due date remains unchanged.

Amendment #1: This SAM.gov special notice amendment announces that on April 23, 2024, SMD began issuing a series of corrections, clarifications, or additions to NASA Solicitation and Proposal Integrated Review and Evaluation System (NSPIRES) original text posted on April 15, 2024. Please visit NSPIRES to retrieve the full, revised text.  On NSPIRES new text is in bold and deleted text is struck through.  This amendment also adds a second PDF file labeled “RASMSR24_2ndEmail”. This second attachment summarizes the content changes that NSPIRES sent via email to Science Mission Directorate List Serv subscribers. The offers due date remains unchanged.
