Description

The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Jacksonville, FL.  The Government seeks to lease office space for a System Sector Center (SSC) for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).  The area of consideration is near Jacksonville International Airport.  Space requirements include approximately 8,286 occupiable square feet to include office space, warehouse storage, loading dock, and on-site vehicle parking for employees and visitors.  The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.  In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.   Please review the Solicitation for Offers (SFO) and sign if interested.  Interested parties have until February 8, 2023, no later than 4:00 pm eastern standard time to contact Eric Gadson by e-mail at eric.gadson@faa.gov.  The requirements stated in Part 1 Section 1.1 of the SFO will be forwarded to the interested parties approximately one (1) week after February 15, 2023.
