Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This announcement is being issued as REQUEST FOR QUOTE and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2024-05.

PRE-AWARD: Upon request by the Government: One (1) fully completed pre-print sample MUST be e-mailed to ariel.d.gould.civ@army.mil for virtual validation and approval. Sample items must be e-mailed to the Government within 7 days upon request to be considered for award.
