Description

This presolicition notice is to provide the synopsis of the upcoming requirement and provide a letter from the Contracting Officer.

The United States Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) requires a contract for the continuation of Mission Test Support Services (MTSS) at Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona. The scope of work is to test military weapons and equipment by designing/planning experimental operations, conducting tests, collecting data, analyzing, and reporting findings/observations on performance of the weapons and equipment. This awarded contract will replace contract W9124R-8-C-0004, set to expire 31 March 2025.

The Yuma MTSS acquisition is anticipated be a full and open competition resulting in a single award indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity contract, in accordance with FAR Part 15. The period of performance is expected be for seven (7) years; a five (5) year ordering period and two (2) 12-month option periods. FAR Extension of Services clause 52.217-8 will be included. The award will be to a single source.

The request for proposal is projected to be released on or about 1 April 2024.
