Description
The Embassy of the United States of America in London invites you to submit a proposal for the replacement of main boilers as described in solicitation #19UK5622Q0026.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference, and all prospective offerors who have received a solicitation package will be invited to attend. See Section J of the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ).
You must submit your response in an electronic copy to LondonProc@state.gov before 17:00 local (UK) time on 6th June 2022. No proposal will be accepted after this time.
For a proposal to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
- SF-1442
- Section B - pricing
- Section K, Representations and Certifications and ensure 52.04.24 - NDAA Representation form is completed and returned
- Additional information as required in Section J – Qualifications of Offerors

Registration in the U.S. Government’s System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov is mandatory for all overseas awards over $30,000. A summary and walkthrough document have been provided for your information. Registering in SAM is free, but the process can take several weeks. Consequently, if your bid is priced at $30,000 or more, please ensure that you are SAM-registered as we cannot accept a proposal from any vendors who are not fully registered, you are encouraged to do so prior to the submittal date to avoid any disappointment.
