Description
The Government currently plans to issue solicitation number FA461324Q0019 , Vehicle & Cargo X-Ray Insp System for F. E. Warren AFB, WY. This acquisition is a 100% Full and open under NAICS code 334511, Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,350 Employees.
This acquisition is to have a contractor provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, materials, and labor necessary to provide a fully functional x ray vehicle scanner at F. E. Warren Air Force Base, Cheyenne, Wyoming, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, local laws, regulations and safety requirements in the performance work statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide, supply, and install a new x-ray vehicle scanner including all wiring, terminations, anchor bolts, vehicle guide rails, traffic lights, vehicle height/width gauges. As well as to provide any special permits and licenses that may be required.
The contractor shall abide by all safety requiremnts, local, state, and federal EPA guidelines, laws, and regulations during the performance of the awarded contract. In accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) policy, all contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM), https://www.sam.gov, to be eligible to receive an award.
It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about 3 September 2024 and will be posted on the Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE) at https://www.sam.gov.
