Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR part 13 and additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 140R2024Q0111 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05, as of April 22, 2024.
This acquisition is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 332323 and the size standard is 500 employees.
The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. Please provide the total price for the firm-fixed price line items.
This requirement is for two security gates in accordance with the product specifications.
Delivery Terms: 60 days after receipt of order (ARO)
Quotes are due 10:00AM PT Friday, July 26, 2024 and should be emailed to margaretjones@usbr.gov.
