Description
It is the intent of this solicitation to result in a Firm Fixed Price, Construction Type Purchase Order for a project at the US Army Aberdeen Test Center, Aberdeen Proving Ground as outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business with competition limited to firms located within the geographical area with a bona fide place of business in the State of Maryland. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in
effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction.
The existing lines at PAAF have degraded to a point where they are no longer effective or safe. The goal of this project is to remove and repaint faded/completely degraded lines at PAAF so that the runway and ramps are correctly labeled/lined for safety and ease of use. They will be repainted in accordance with an existing and previously accepted striping plan.
