High Pressure Air Compressor (HPAC) No. 1 and 2 Install and Test

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facilty (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a request for quote (RFQ) to Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Corporation to install and test the High Pressure Air Compressor (HPAC) No. 1 and No. 2 onboard a class 688 submarine under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). The tentative delivery date is 30 November 2022. 

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the Size Standard of 1,250 applies. Product Service Code is J020 Maintenance, Repair, Rebuilding of Equipment - Ship and Marine Equipment. 

All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) by the award date. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06, DFARS 06/23/2022 and NMCARS 18-22.
