- Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks that is capable of carrying a minimum of 180,000 bbls of clean product (intentions F76) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double-valve isolation.
- Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is St. Theodore, Greece; and the intended discharging ports/places are Augusta Bay, Italy and Rota, Spain. The laydays commence 12 July and cancel 14 July 2023, and the period of performance will be one voyage.
- Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
