Description

The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service hereby submits a Notice of Intent to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to provide technical maintenance and support for Automated Logic Control WebCTRL system for the following facilities: 

  1. Acoma-Canoncito-Laguna IHS Health Center, 80 B Veterans Blvd, Acoma Pueblo, NM
  2. Albuquerque IHS Health Center, 801 Vassar Drive NE, Albuquerque, NM
  3. Jicarilla IHS Health Center, 500 North Mundo Drive, Dulce, NM
  4. Mescalero IHS Health Center, 318 Abalone Loop, Mescalero, NM
  5. Santa Fe IHS Health Center, 1700 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, NM
  6. San Felipe IHS Health Center, San Felipe Pueblo, NM
  7. Taos-Picuris IHS Health Center, 1090 Goat Springs Road, Taos Pueblo, NM
  8. Zuni IHS Comprehensive Health Center, Route 301 North B Avenue, Zuni Pueblo, NM

Period of Performance is for base year of 6 months. 

The estimated total value of this requirement is below the simplified acquisition threshold. 

The sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supply or service will satisfy agency requirements and is based on market research.

Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective of agency.

The determination not to complete the proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received normally will be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred for responding to this notice.
