Description
This acquisition is for the purchase of AudioCodes hardware, software, maintenance and technical support required for TEAMS communications. AudioCodes enables enterprises and service providers to build and operate all Internet Protocol voice networks for delivering unified communications, contact centers, and hosted business services, whether in the cloud or on premises for VA sites into one seamless voice system infrastructure. The hardware replacement is due to the increased demand of TEAMS communications which is needed to support the teleworking individuals within the VA. This procurement consists of 35 Advance Session Border Controllers hardware replacement and AudioCodes technical support for a total of 875 licenses.
