N2W VCCPL: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Kansas City District intends to issue a 100% Small Business Set- Aside Design-Bid-Build solicitation for a single Firm Fixed-Price, construction contract for the Visitor Control Center Parking Lot in support of the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) West Facilities Modernization (WFM) program in St. Louis, MO. The contractor shall provide a visitor control center access drive and parking lot consisting of 350-stalls, sited to allow for expansion of up to 150 additional stalls. AMENDEMENT P0001: The purpose of P0001 is to update the following information: The North American Industry Classification (NACIS) Code has been updated to 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.00. Site Visit has been changed to: Tuesday 07 November 2023 from 1:00 p.m. CDT to 3:00 p.m. CDT. Registration Deadline has been changed to: NLT Friday 03 November 2023 at 1:00 p.m. CST.
