Notice to Sole Source -GLINK Software Maintenance Renewal

Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), Fort Gregg-Adams, VA 23801, intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract for GLINK Software Maintenance Renewal located at the Defense Commissary Agency Headquarters in accordance with FAR 13.501(a) Brand-name in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901.

This is not a request for competitive offers and no solicitation is available. Market research has determined that these highly specialized supply is available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost an no other type of supply will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to award the contract by 01 Sept 2023 to Gallagher & Robertson AS ; Cage Code N3697.

The acquisition is for a Base plus 2 Option Years for GLINK Software Maintenance Renewal. The DeCA Headquarters is in need of this renewal to directly supports DIBS, which is one of the agency’s primary business systems.  Upgraded technologies are required to enhance the agency’s performance and promote interoperability throughout the DoD, the military retail system and our industry partners.
