Description

Notice of Intent: Sole Source Contract Award

**THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION**

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), hereby gives notice of its intent to award a sole source contract to the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists, LLC, located at: 1015 15th Street NW, Washington, District of Columbia 20005-2617 for the purchase of training materials and services.  This training is to provide IRS-CI agents with education and ultimately a certification as an Anti-Money Laundering Specialist which is critical to the function of a special agent. 

This is not a request for competitive proposals. Potential sources who believe they can provide the service listed above are invited to submit a capability package in writing to Mark.D.Toth@irs.gov and Karla.G.Wheelan@irs.gov no later than 3:00 PM ET on Monday, September 23, 2024.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Please note: A SOLICITATION DOES NOT EXIST. The Government will not cover any costs for any information or inquiry submitted as a result of this notice.

The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is: 611430, Professional and Management Development Training. The small business size standard is $15 Million.

Responses shall include, at a minimum, the following information:

  1. The name of your company;
  2. SAM UEI;
  3. POC name and contact information;
  4. The specific product(s) that your company offers that fulfills the same function as the items to be included on this order; and,
  5. A description of product/services and overall capabilities.

Contractors are required to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov.
