Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State:  Florida

City:  Multiple (Broward County)

Delineated Area:

North- Interstate 75 / Commercial Blvd (870) / Davie Blvd (736)

East – US 1 / FL Turnpike

South – Pines Blvd (820) / Palmetto Expressway (826) /Hollywood Blvd (820)

West – US 27 / Interstate 75 / Sawgrass Expressway (869)

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
