Description

The U.S. Embassy in Panama has a requirement for the purchase of new Crew Cab Truck

Truck needs to be covered with a full warranty that can be honored by the local dealer. Truck need to be able to work with the quality of diesel available in Panama City. Dealer needs to be willing to perform all recalls, factory, and service bulletins. Local maintenance support/warranty/service/parts shall be serviceable in Republic of Panama. Provide a DESCRIPTIVE SPECIFICATIONS SHEET as part of the offer/proposal.

The Government will evaluate offers/proposal for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. Evaluation of options will not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov  prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
