Water Tank Repair

Seeking sources for Water Tank Repair. The requirement is to remove tank from service and sand blast and re-coat interior and exterior due to blistering and corrosion. The tank coating is at end of life and has deteriorated and needs to be redone. Need to ensure proper curing time to maximize life usage of material. See attachment 0001 Statement of Work and attachment 0002
