This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source the following requirement. The Baltimore Department of Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) seeks software and hardware updates, maintenance, and technical support services for the Philips IntelliSpace Critical Care / Comp Record (as applicable) / Comp Record (as applicable) systems, in both the Test and Production environments, within the VISN Veterans Affairs Medical Centers (VAMCs) The Contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and other items and services necessary to perform service and maintenance to support.
