General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State: NC

City: Hickory

Delineated Area:

North: 29th Ave Dr NE - 16th St NE - 21st Ave NE-5th St NE -17th Ave NE - 3rd St NE - 16th Ave NE - 16th Ave NW -6th St NW - 12th Ave NW - Old Lenoir Rd - Clement Blvd NW - US 321.
South: I 70 (from US 321- McDonald Pky SE)
East:  McDonald Pky SE - McDonald Pkwy NE - 24th ST NE - 29th Ave DR NE
West: US 321 (from I-70 -Clement Blvd NW)

Minimum ABOA: 2900

Maximum ABOA: 2943

Lease Term: 15 years/10 years (firm)

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.

Cannot be located near the following places: Day Care Facilities, Schools, Places of Worship, Railways that carry Chemicals, Hospitals, and Gas Stations.
