This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 1.A. Project Title: Convection Oven 1.B. Project Location: Southern Arizona VA Healthcare System, ATTN: Nutrition and Food Service (3A-120), 3601 S. 6th Ave, BLDG 14, Tucson, AZ 85723. 1.C. Solicitation Type - Number: Request for Quotes (RFQ) - 36C26222Q1027. 1.D. Set Aside: This solicitation is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. 1.E. Applicable NAICS code: 339999, All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing. 1.F. Small Business Size Standard: 500 Employees. 1.G. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price. 1.H. Period of Performance: 30 days from date of award. 2. Submit written offers in accordance with the following instructions, as well as Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors.
