Description

Prepare for and accomplish the lay berth and regular overhaul/Underwater Inspection in Lieu of Drydocking (ROH/UWILD) of the USS HERSHEL "WOODY" WILLIAMS (ESB 4) as specified in the solicitation and in accordance with the work item package. 

The anticipated period of performance is:

Lay berth period 1; 4/15/2025 through 9/30/2025

ROH/UWILD; 10/1/2025 through 12/31/2025 (option)

Lay berth period 2; 1/1/2026 through 9/30/2026 (option)

The place of performance for this contract shall be the contractor’s facility on the U.S. east, gulf, or west coast.

All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.

The solicitation will be made available on or about September 18, 2024, through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment Solicitation Module. https://piee.eb.mil/sol/xhtml/unauth/index.xhtml

To obtain access to the work item package and government furnished information technical data, complete and return the attached non-disclosure agreement to the point of contact of this announcement.

The decision to solicit as a total small business set-aside was made from market research.  There is an expectation of receiving proposals from two or more small businesses.
