Description
1 Description: Provide Marine Gas Oil (MGO) IAW ISO 8217/2017 to US ships and vessels for locations on the attached draft schedule by the delivery mode requested. Vendors can provide support to select locations.
2.Place of Contract Performance: EUCOM: Spain, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Georgia, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Romania, Portugal, Poland, Norway, Israel, Finland, Lithuania, Cyprus, France, Ukraine, Norway, Iceland, Latvia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, and Estonia.
3. Set-aside status: No
QUALIFICATIONS: In order to be considered for award, an offeror must meet or exceed the technical acceptability standards. Technical acceptability will be determined as follows:
1. Acceptable. In order to be determined acceptable under this evaluation factor, the proposal should demonstrate that it satisfies the minimum requirements of the Solicitation, including Government's product specification requirements in Section B, delivery requirements in Section F, and all requirements identified in Section J.

The Period of Performance for this award will be from 1 October 2023 through 30 September 2028. EVALUATION CRITERIA:
This pre-solicitation notice is not an official Request for Proposal (RFP). Do NOT submit a proposal in response to this notice. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued to all interested vendors at a later date. The source selection strategy for this acquisition will be in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, and proposals will be evaluated using a FAR 15.101-2 Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process.
