Description
Amendment 0001 extends due date and provides an additonal site visit. Register in advance promptly.
Section A: Provide additional site visit at 9:30 AM ET Wednesday 8 Jun 2022.
Section A: Extend due date for receipt of quotes to 2:00 PM ET Thursday 9 Jun 2022.
Section C: Increase scope of Work to include Room 403 (1,620 sq ft) and an additional 500 sq ft surface square footage in various locations. Total surface square footage approximately 10,700 sq ft.
Section J: Provide revised drawing set (J-1), surface calculations worksheet (J-3), and additional lead sampling results (J-17).
Section J: Provide updated Wage Determination RI20220001 Mod 6 dated 27 May 2022 (J-10).
Lead paint abatement and remediation. See Section J for existing conditions. Approximately 8,600 sq ft wall surfaces across 15+ rooms in 4-story vacant building. Targeting 8 Sep 2022 completion date.
Estimated price is between $100,000 and $250,000.
Site Visit: 9:30 AM ET Thursday 2 Jun 2022. Register separately with both the NUWC Security and the NUWC Contracts Departments. See Sections A, I, J, and L.
Fill-ins, representations, and technical information required with proposal. See Sections B, G, J, K, L and M.
Method of Payment: Government Purchase Card. Include processing fee in CLIN 0001 price. See Sections G and I.
Bid Bond not required. Performance Bond required if contract over $150,000. Payment Bond required if using subcontractors.
