Description
US Customs and Border Protection has issued this solicitation for a 3-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for Canine Kenneling, in support of CBP operations in Miami, Florida. Offerors are encouraged to add themselves to the Interested Vendors List, and download a copy of all solicitation documents.
In order to document compliance with FAR 52.204-7(b)(1), your quotation response must include your organization's unique entity identifier (UEI) from www.SAM.gov.
The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award without discussions with offerors, but reserves the right to conduct discussions, if the Contracting Officer determines them to be necessary. The offeror will submit a complete and concise technical quotation (essay/narrative on SOW compliance) and a pricing worksheet (Excel). Supplier quotations will receive a best value evaluation. The Government intends to make a single award resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quotation represents the best value after evaluation in accordance with the solicitation.
Award may be made to other than the highest technically evaluated offeror. Award may be made to other than the lowest priced offeror. The term of the awarded contract will be for 3-years. Pricing may change in 12-month increments (see pricing spreadsheet).
This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. PSC R416 and NAICS 812910, size standard $9.0 million per year revenue, applies to this requirement.
