Description
NOTICE OF INTENT
The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Monaco Enterprises, Inc. (cage code 32609, small business), 14820 E. Sprague AVE, Spokane, Washington, 99216-2191, for the purchase of a Monaco GPIO with Tone Panel VOIP Kit for Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston (FSH), TX. The Monaco system required is manufactured and distributed/installed only by Monaco Enterprises, Inc.
The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Monaco Enterprises, Inc., under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability of responding to this requirement the required Monaco system, or interested parties may submit quotes/offers. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers/proposals. However, all quotes/offers for the Monaco system received by the closing date and time of this Notice of Intent will be considered by the Government. Interested parties stating capability shall be an authorized Monaco contractor and shall be able to provide and install the following Monaco system:
- One (1) GPIO panel with 32 inputs/outputs at Bldg 3734 Fire Station #6 to connect outputs to Door Controller panel in the same room as the GPIO panel
- One (1) Tone Panel VOIP Kit for existing Tone Panel
- Two (2) desktop microphone kits, one for the main dispatch and one for the alternate dispatch
- Connect existing Tone Panel to the station PA AMP (contractor must be able to ensure the integrity of the existing system in place)
- Verify network connectivity at all installation facilities
- Validate the system performance after installation
- Provide up to 2 hours of D-21 operator training after system initialization while the installation technician is on-site
- Provide forms, system drawings, and documentation to detail the work that has been completed by an authorized Monaco distributor/installer
A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any interested party may inquire with the below point of contacts:
