Combined Synopsis/ Solicitation for Commercial Items (IAW FAR 12.603)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA4608-23-Q-0007 is in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 and the provisions and clauses effective in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2023-01) as of 30 December 2022. This is a total set-aside for small business and the associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) number is 561622. The small business size standard is $25M.

Description/Purpose:
This requirement is for the purchase of Brand Name Paxton Access Control Systems for the 2nd Communications Squadron at Barksdale AFB, LA.

CLIN 0001 – Delivery of Paxton Access Control Systems IAW the Statement of Objective
CLIN 0002 – Installation of Paxton Access Control Systems IAW the Statement of Objective

Due Date and Time:
Quotes are required to be received no later than Tuesday, 2 May 2023 2:00pm CST.

Site Visit:
Site visit will be held Wednesday, March 28, 2023 @9:00 am CST. This will be the ONLY site visit held regarding this requirement. Number of attendees per company shall be limited to no more than two personnel.  Please email jason.hankins@us.af.mil to notify intent of attending Site Visit no later than 23 March 2023 2:00p.m. CST.
