Description

Amendment 01: Response due date has been updated to 5 July 2023 to allow offerors sufficient time to respond.  This is reflected late due to SAM downtime that occured on 28 June 2023.

23 June 2023: Responses to all received questions have been posted.

IAW MP5332.7, Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be
made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation,
either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no
obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Amendment A01 June 12, 2023 incorporates clause FAR clause 52.204-27 (Jun 2023) - Prohibition on a ByteDance Covered Application, as prescribed in FAR 4.2203(c).

Two 27’ WAC SAFE Boat vessels hull numbers 1957 and 1958. On each vessel, the contractor will replace with new Yamaha 30” LH & RH rotation 300 horsepower twin outboard engine setups.
