Description
The intent of this solicitation is to secure road maintenance services for the Siuslaw, Willamette, Umpqua, Rogue River-Siskiyou and Fremont-Winema National Forests. The work includes but is not limited to furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and all incidentals necessary to provide road maintenance services including grading, spot surfacing, load, haul and place materials, rolling dips, cleaning drainage systems, and hourly equipment rental in accordance with drawings and specifications. It is the Government’s intention to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA’s) in order to provide adequate services for the geographical areas covered. Contractor’s will have the ability to submit offers on any or all of the District/Forests. Contractor may be required to perform work items simultaneously on more than one district if awarded more than one item.
Pricing will be requested at the overarching BPA level. BPA Call awards may be made solely on the established BPA pricing and Contractor availability. In addition to this, discounts may be requested in accordance with FAR 13.303-2 Establishment of BPAs per BPA Call or each BPA Call can be sent out as a Request for Quotation.
Solicitation should be available for download on or around February 29, 2029.
