AMENDMENT TO CLARIFY THAT TWO AWARDS WILL BE MADE; ONE AWARD FOR THE ROOF REPAIRS AT BUILDINGS 305 AND 306 AND ONE AWARD FOR THE REPAIRS NEEDED AT THE MAINTENANCE ARCHIVE BUILDING (MA BUILDING) AND TURTLE BARN BUILDING. OFFERORS MUST SUBMIT SEPARATE PRICING AND TECHNICAL APPROACH WRITE-UPS FOR EACH INTENDED AWARD. OFFERORS MAY SUBMIT PROPOSALS FOR ALL OR SOME OF THE INTENDED AWARDS.

This is a solicitation request for quote supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued.

This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238160. The small business size standard is $19.0M.

Description of requirements is as follows: Roof and building repairs at the NMFS Galveston Laboratory in Galveston, Texas
