multiple award contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), and
Cost Only provisions for supplies and services to support research, development, and test and
evaluation efforts for the Undersea Weapons Undersea Defensive (UW/UD) Family of Systems
(FoS). Services includes design, development, fabrication, testing, installation, documentation,
production, and delivery of rapid prototype material solutions and services. Each awardee will
be awarded an initial task order for $2,500 (minimum contract guarantee per awardee). Work
will be performed primarily at the contractors’ sites, Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division,
Newport, (NUWCDIVNPT), Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport
(NUWCDIVKPT), and at other Government locations and is expected to be completed by 23
January 2029. Fiscal 2023 Weapons, Procurement, Navy funding in the amount of $2,500 will
be obligated at the time of award and will expire in 2025. All other funding will be made
available at the delivery order and task order level as contracting actions occur. The contract
was competitively procured via the System for Award Management website with fifteen (15)
acceptable offers received on the basis of initial offers and an additional (9) acceptable offerors
received at the conclusion of discussions. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division
Newport, Newport, Rhode Island is the contracting activity. * = small business.
