Description

The Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center, located in Gallup New Mexico 87301, has a requirement for Blanket Purchase Agreement for the Boiler System needs for parts and supplies on an as needed basis for a period of a Base Year consisting of a 12 month period with Four (4)  12 month Option Years thereafter consecutively in order. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 221330 Steam and Air-Conditioning Supply with a size standard of $16.50. 

The agency will be placing multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with the following vendors:  Johnstone Supply, Welch’s Boiler Supply, and  Morrison Supply. Any other vendors interested in setting up BPAs for the aforementioned needs are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists and catalogs to Stefanie Atene at stefanie.atene@ihs.gov by January 14, 2022.  If future needs arise, capable vendors may be contacted for additional BPAs.

In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must “be registered in SAM when submitting an offer or quotation, and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchasing agreement resulting from this solicitation”, and maintain in accordance with 52.204-13(c) “registration in SAM during contract performance and through final payment of any contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchasing agreement. The Contractor is responsible for the currency, accuracy and completeness of the data within SAM, and for any liability resulting from the Government's reliance on inaccurate or incomplete data. To remain registered in SAM after the initial registration, the Contractor is required to review and update on an annual basis, from the date of initial registration or subsequent updates, its information in SAM to ensure it is current, accurate and complete. Updating information in SAM does not alter the terms and conditions of this contract and is not a substitute for a properly executed contractual document.” in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov.
