Description
The contractor shall provide unified support services Microsoft Blue Badge Cardholder-support" direct from Microsoft that require access rights to Microsoft proprietary (closed-source) code, which is licensed under exclusive legal right of Microsoft Corporation. The requirements are for the contractor to provide Unified Support such as tools and knowledge bases, problem resolution assistance from product developers, and access to Microsoft source code to support DODEA’s mission. The contractor is not authorized to sub-contract any work under this requirement.
