N66001-22-Q-6441 – Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Neuroelectrics Corp
The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Neuroelectrics Corp. The requirement is for the purchase of the following:

This supply item offers a required combination of EEG acquisition and noninvasive stimulation (tES). It is the sole item on the market with this required combination, to include rapid setup time and the ability to use in a diverse set of experiment testing environments. EEG system is an untethered, self-contained device with no wires connected to a computer, so data can be acquired in freely mobile situations. No other vendor offers the full set of features that are required for experiment procedures for the current and future research.
A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 334510 and the business size standard is 1,250 employees.
