PROJECT: OR FLAP GRANT 24(2), Granite Hill Road Reconstruction, Phase II, Wallowa-Whitman National Forest. Grant County, Oregon
LOCATION: 32 Miles NW of Baker City, Oregon
WORK: The work consists of paving, AOP culverts, bridge construction and roadway excavation.
